Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Transfer details: Roundtrip seaplane transfers are $450 per adult (12 years and above), $370 for children aged 2–11 years and $103 for infants under 2 years. To book transfers through the hotel, please provide your full name as shown on your passport, international arrival and departure flight number, and dates at least 14 days before arrival.

Additional hotel-specific charges (payable directly to the hotel): VAT (value-added tax) is included in the price.
