Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Fees apply for additional guests (see details below). Maximum occupancy in rooms with one king bed is: 2 adults and 2 children; or 3 adults and 1 child. Maximum occupancy in rooms with two double beds is: 4 adults; or 3 adults and 1 child; or 2 adults and 2 children.

• Extra-person fees for all-inclusive reservations apply as follows: $225 plus 28% tax per adult, per night; $100 plus 28% tax per child 12 years and older, per night. $100 plus 28% tax per child 11 years and under, per night for stays Jan. 4–May 31; Oct. 1–Dec. 20, 2026 
• When booking the all-inclusive package for travel from June–September, up to 2 children under the age of 12 stay free of charge when staying with up to 2 adults
