Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Amazing experience! The resort is beautiful and very peaceful. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and go out their way to ensure you have the best time while you are there. In particular I want to mention Tien, he helped me learn a bit about the Vietnamese language and a few common words and phrases, he played tennis with my husband when no one else showed up for the tennis tournament, and helped us make a lantern. All the while, he would share information about the culture, the uniqueness of the different regions and cities, and about the foods of Vietnam. He always smiled and acknowledged us whenever we saw him - he is truly an asset to Angsana. The massages at the beautiful spa were wonderful. The breakfast buffet is tasty and varied. We spent seven nights and our time there could not have been any better than it was! I’m not sure we will ever be back to Vietnam, but we left with wonderful memories of our time at Angsana.

Authenticity - Genuine friendliness - beautiful - attention to detail -My Hoang from Angsana went above and beyond in assisting us, she made us aware of the availability of hiring a private driver for the day, we took advantage of that offer during our stay, she would let us know the night before who our driver was going to be and pick up time and on super early days would leave a pre-packed breakfast for us @the frontdesk! She was the very best and made our stay feel even more special

This resort was amazing and the staff made it even more pleasant and enjoyable for myself and best friend. Everyday we woke up with activities planned and always helpful staff to assist with our needs. I'm super sad I was only here for a week, as the amazing breakfast and dinner options have me and my best friend wanting more!!!

The staff was amazing, I was give an assistant direct number to assist me with anything. Her name was MY, she was great and always called right back if she was busy with another guess. The buffet was amazing in the mornings, the food was very high-quality. All the staff on the grounds were very helpful and most of them spoke English. The Sir Nick Faldo golf course was amazing and was a great value. I ended up playing golf three times during the week and was very pleased. The restaurants at the resort were fantastic with a great selection in different types of food. I felt that everything was very reasonable at the resort. I really enjoyed the excursions from the resort also.

The resort location is great! While it’s a drive to the resort from the airport, once you’re here, you have everything you need. Plus, with the added benefits that you receive from Travelzoo, it becomes a great get-away. Food, trips, massages, classes, etc. the trip was a true experience. There are plenty of dining experiences and, with a sister resort so close, your options are doubled. I truly recommend this resort and feel that our upgrade to a 1 bedroom beachfront suite with a private pool took our trip to an even higher level.
