Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. The hotel is set on a beautiful stretch of beach and every room is an ocean view. Few hotels can say that. However, the hotel was advertised as like a 5 star hotel with a great rate. The hotel is more of a 3.5 star hotel. The value is in the ocean front room. Otherwise the hotel shows some age. Our hotel room door continually stuck because of the humidity, the door look went out once and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain due to a faulty stopper. The buffet breakfast was included which is a great value. The breakfast itself was good, not great. But knowing the increase hotels charge for ocean views and breakfast at other places, it was still a good deal.

Really lovely place. Beautiful grounds, terrific staff. Only thing I wish was better was the good. Two meals so far and they were not great. It pains me to write this because staff is so lovely.

It was such a great deal that we couldn’t refuse. We were booked at a different hotel in Barbados and luckily were able to cancel it. The going rate on Expedia was showing $1,300 per night which in my opinion is a bit overpriced and we would never have paid that for one night anywhere.
