My voucher was expired and i was being honored only base value. But when honoring base value it should be similar to cash as it is equivalent to base value i paid. I am a hilton diamond member and i was denied my diamond privileges albeit my voucher was only being used for base value. I understand if the complete voucher features are being used if am denied diamond privilges but not when only base value is being honored. Travel zoo told me hotel would honor base value for any credit but it didnt turn out in reality.

We had a wonderful vacation. The room and hotel were well kept and lovely, the bed was fantastic! the staff was excellent , everyone from the pool bartenders to the breakfast staff. the buffet breakfast was AMAZING. My only complaint was the times the restaurants were open for dinner and the similarity of the menues.

They are really bad, bad service they treat people like a number. The spa they have only a little sauna and a little jacuzzi. The beach is bad, you have to be only in the pool. Also the food for breakfast and lunch are average, and drinks also average. The rooms are small. Good things are the place to have dinings. For this amount of money you could get a better place
