Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Mondays–Thursdays through July 31 during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. For your convenience, a 23% suggested gratuity will be added to your bill, which can be adjusted based on your preference. Limit two (2) vouchers per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Each voucher is valid for one (1) person. Must use in one (1) visit. Must be 18 years of age or older. Not valid on products. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol. Cannot combine with other offers. Not valid on Fridays–Sundays; holidays and holiday weekends, including Father's Day on June 21.
