Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant cancellation and rescheduling policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Mondays–Fridays through Dec. 15 during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, is not included. The prices above include the mandatory $34 or $68 gratuity you’ll pay directly to the spa. This is based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided, and is standard for all customers. Limit two (2) vouchers per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Each voucher is valid for 1 or 2 people. Must use in one (1) visit. Minimum age requirements may apply. Not valid on products.
