Location was perfectly situated within walking distance to subways making it extremely easy to navigate the entire city. FIVE STAR all around"

we just has a fabulous weekend in nyc at this hotel! i splurged and upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. booking was easy and the hotel provided great communication. the hotel offers valet parking which we took advantage of for $35/day. walking to the theater district, times square, and the subway was minutes away. the staff was very helpful and friendly. would definitely stay here again our room was clean and spacious.

the only complaint was the hotel was undergoing renovations and the elevators were always slow and crowded because only a few were working. you had to plan extra time to get to and from your room.

The hotel sign was broken on the outside of the hotel. Half the lights on the sign were broken. The hotel is dark and dingy and very out dated. There were garbage pails in the hallways.
