Nice community pool and hot tub, clean rooms, good location. Easy parking and the grounds are kept up nicely. Very serene vibe.
The small pool “hideaway pool” however was really cloudy and gross on our arrival. It did look better by day three.

My only complaint is that the pool water felt dirty with floating bugs, debris and lots of sunscreen from people's bodies.

I would 100% go back to Tommy Bahama Miramonte. I took a chance on booking them, as I never heard of them before. The resort was located directly across from Indian Wells golf course, which was a home run for my husband an avid golfer. And we took advance of the discount offered to Tommy Bahama patrons.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and recognized as Travelzoo members. The person at the desk reminded us we had a 20% off discount on the restaurant and spa as part of the Travelzoo deal. He also told us we could have an extended checkout at 1 p.m. since my husband was golfing the morning we were leaving.
The pools were beauitful, as was the property. We had a room close to the quiet pool, which was really convienent. The property was filled with firepits for everyone to lounge in front of and enjoy. They also had lawn games to use.
The restaurant - the Grapefruit Basil - was delicious with excellent service as well. The highlight was the main pool - which had ample seating and towels and a pool bar with great service.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in the Palm Desert area!

I'm sorry I forgot his name, but the person at the desk who checked us in was so helpful. In addition to offering us the late checkout, he also applied the 20% discount to our restaurant bill AFTER we dined - since I forgot to show them at the restaurant. Truly outstanding service at this resort!

Very relaxing atmosphere, still providing the resort atmosphere. Spa was wonderful.

Rooms are super spacious, but still a little outdated. Had issues at the spa where the bathroom was inoperable, but staff was eager to find an easy alternative, using the bathroom of one of their rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience.
