The hotel was a perfect location and the staff were phonomenal. I mentioned it was my partners birthday & we visited for a matinee show. I asked for an early check in and a room with a lovely view if possible. Not only did they allow us to check in at 11am, but they also upgraded us to a suite with a view of the marble arch. The room was absolutely perfect. Very spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us-close to Soho, London Palladium & Hyde Park. We enjoyed a free breakfast which was delciious, and we also visited the lounge in the hotel and the food and cocktails were very, very good. We came back to our room after the show to change and they had even delivered some slices of birthday cake and a bottle of prosecco. Honestly, I can't compliment this hotel & its staff enough. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Perfect location for parks, shops and bars. Also very convenient to stay in if relatives are inpatients in local private hospitals as you can easily reach several on foot with 10 minutes from here.

Great location. Lovely, big clean rooms. Great shower and the cold bottled water was very welcomed.

There was quite loud guests staying either above or in the neighbouring rooms to us. Which did wake us on a number of occasions overnight.
