This was our third time at this hotel. We booked through Travelzoo each time. We enjoy our stay each time. However, our $50 from Travelzoo to use is not available for use until the last day. It should be available at any time during the stay.

The hotel was beautiful, very neat and clean. Staff was friendly. Our room was really nice, as well, but our oceanview description gave us a different thought of what the view would be. Yes, we did see the ocean, however it was surrounded by buildings and rooftops and the sounds of the local delivery trucks coming in and out of the alleys. The location is great for enjoying all the shops and restaurants and the beach in the area without having to jump in your car. Walking to this area was easy and a delight.

From checking in to checking out a week later everything was great at the Hyatt Place Waikiki. Hotel has a great location a very short walk to Waikiki Beach, staff was very welcoming and friendly, daily breakfast was usually scrambled eggs and potatoes or french toast or waffle plus fresh fruit and juice. Room was very large and had a nice view of both the mountains and the city. Valet service was usually very quick...at busy times needed to wait for elevators. Business center had 4 PCs and a fast p[rinter available.
