Great location in Waikiki. Loved the ease of walking down to the beach, and loads of restaurants to choose from. Staff was extremely nice. Our room was big, and comfortable. Buffet breakfast made it a good value.

the bartender was nice, staff was friendly, cleaning crew on our floor was nice and attentive.

the room was dirty (the kind of dirty from not cleaning things every day) especially bathroom, the shower curtain torn & dingy (so easy to fix), paint chipping, noisy from traffic, 2 elevators for ALL THOSE PEOPLE, breakfast was the same things (eggs, pineapple, yogurt, oatmeal) almost every day, lobby always crowded, expensive drinks at bar.

It’s a good value, but not a great hotel. Room is a bit smaller than expected, but had a decent ocean view, if obstructed. Close to the beach by foot. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Food at breakfast and bar was mediocre. Pool was too small. Overall, a good bang for your buck, but not a great hotel experience.
