All good except housekeeping was lax. One day, the room wasn't cleaned, and on two other days, they neglected to leave towels, but they were delivered to the room quickly after a call to the front desk.

Super-friendly staff. Food and prices at the hotel's restaurants were very good.

The resort acknowledged their error that resulted in a very long registration process.
Room door security was an issue. Inside lock could not be activated and door could have been pushed open from outside. Toilet continued to run after maintenance notified. The resort does have a great location!

This is a darling resort that marries privacy with fun. The music at night was great and ended at 10pm - thanks for that! Loved the private beach, the pools, the terrific food and drinks. I appreciated an out of the way location that's easy to get to. It's super close - walking distance - to a nature preserve and about 10-15 minutes from downtown St Pete and St Pete Beach. It was everything i was looking for!

I enjoyed the cafe they had because they offered allergy friendly options which was so nice.

We booked a king with an ocean view and was given a double with a view of the pool. We were told because we use travel zoo that it’s a request and they did their best but no guarantee. Parking was also an issue because they had an event open to the public and didn’t account for that. We were told to park on the street or in a dirt lot down the road. They were hosting a music festival and the people next to us were screaming until two in the morning. I called down to the desk and no one answered. I sent a message through their app and no response. Staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t speak at all when approached.

Hotel accidentally cancelled part of our reservation, grossly overcharged us for our rooms, will not respond to requests to fix it and allowed guests to play really loud must until after 4am.

I was a little taken back when I drove up and saw the exterior room entrances. I was not aware there was now interior corridors. However, my initial disappointment quickly faded when we entered the hotel lobby. It is small but very bright and had a very welcoming fragrance. Then, we were greeted by Marina. She was working the front desk and she couldn't have been more pleasant. She remembered that we had spoken the day before and really made us feel welcome.
We arrived way too early to check-in, but she made sure we were given access to all of the resort's amenities. There were 5 children in our group of 10 and having access to the pools and other amenities was not only appreciated, it was necessary.
Once we arrive to the pool area, we were welcomed by Lucas, another team member who was just as pleasant and welcoming as Marina. He gave us the lay of the land, provided us with towels and provided information about other activities available to the kids.
We had a great stay and enjoyed the resort. However, the staff, including James (front desk) made our stay and experience worth coming back.
