Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Fees apply for additional guests (see details below). Maximum occupancy in rooms with one king bed is: 2 adults and 2 children; or 3 adults and 1 child. • Extra-person fees for all-inclusive reservations apply as follows: $225 plus 28% tax per adult, per night; $100 plus 28% tax per child 12 years and older, per night. $100 plus 28% tax per child 11 years and under, per night for stays on or after Oct. 1.
• When booking the all-inclusive package for travel through September, up to 2 children under the age of 12 stay free of charge when staying with up to 2 adults
