Been going to this resort for years and that will not stop. Mostly oceanfront rooms, buffet breakfast, 24 hour pharmacy/mini mart a black away, on site spa, 24 hour fitness center access, beach bar with service for food and drinks from your lounge chair, and beach that is easy to enter( no big dips, rocks). Restaurants on site and within walking distance.
For me, it’s all about that BEACH, still there is a lovely pool area with a swim up bar and hot tub.

Great customer service, with the manager being accessible. Shout out to Salvador the manager.
Mostly I have to mention Ida and Wanda…have you ever been somewhere and are greeted with a warm welcome each and every time, that’s what I can expect from these two. Congrats to Ida, for your recent promotion and hope to see you soon.

Excellent resort, staff, and amenities. Nice pool area and beach access. The water is gorgeous but can be dangerous during Hurricane season.

Service of beach umbrellas and chairs are not accesible, we have to practically go to the employees to request them since they were not too accesible. In my opinion customers do not feel welcomed to request them. The beach chairs are picked up too early from the beach. The pool bar was not in service.

Loved the beach front hotel! Our children had a wonderful time with the pool and beach! Pool bar was great! Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful. Great access to fast food and local restaurants and mini markets!

It was overall a great experience but anything additional you want from the hotel came with a fee. Especially considering how much the hotel cost, I wasn’t expecting them to charge for more than 2 water bottles when you’re at a beach property.
