Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready so we could go explore the French Quarter Festival. We received a text as soon as our room was available. It was a short walk to get to Canal St which was a great starting point to a lot of our adventures. All of the staff were so helpful when we had questions or needed directions. Also we needed extra pillows for my husband - he has back issues- and they immediately brought us up a few from housekeeping. Very lovely people and a beautiful fun place to visit.

Annoying fraternity groups over the weekend was an issue. Drunk, loud and unruly at early am hours.
Other guests should have been rewarded with a gift for the inconvenience of the large number of immature rude guests.

The Google maps directions are wrong, they take you behind the hotel on Camp St. The front of the hotel is around the block on St. Charles St.

All was good except they put us in room 972, The absolute farthest room from the elevator. Had to walk a long way tour room every time. Not Good.. We are both in our 70's........
