The room was beautiful, clean, quiet & comfortable and loved the bathroom with 2 sinks. The Nespresso was finicky and the maid service was inconsistent. I requested a down-alternative comforter & found an additional down comforter and cotton blanket in my room, which remained there for the duration. One day they forgot to make up the room. One day they only gave us one washcloth. Kindly brought us Prosecco & macarons for husband's birthday but left the empties in the room the next day. No turndown service (even though they said they provided that). Never mentioned the included niceties (wine time, daily food credit) which we ended up not using anyway. Very odd service for a luxury (or any quality) hotel.

Even though it was a nice experience overall, unless it was a very attractive deal, I would most likely stay elsewhere. There are a lot of options within a block.

Wonderful top-shelf hotel right downtown but away from the Broadway craziness. Incredibly quiet and comfortable king suite, luxury amenities replenished every day, professional staff, great rooftop pool and bar.

The Josephs was beautiful and nicely located to all the sites of Nashville. The staff was amazing. We had trouble with the coffee machine and could not enjoy, in room coffee for a few mornings. Though the staff was accomodating and responsive.

This is a beautiful, luxury hotel close to Broadway. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice but small rooftop pool. The lobby bar closes at 10, but the rooftop bar stays open later. Small servings of delicious food at the restaurant. Slow service.

The bathrooms aren’t functional for multiple adults. The shower door is see through and its window is transparent. Snack and drink options in room are super pricey.
