Friendly staff, went the extra mile to provide great service. Very nice room: clean, no wear and tear on furniture, great bathroom and shower, within walking distance of the best part of Nashville.

Overall good. Hotel said they had a wine hour from 2 to 3 and my wife and I were in the lobby at 2 one day and no sign of the wine hour taking place.

We tried to check in on Thursday and they didn’t have any rooms available at 3:30PM but the front desk lady said she was just waiting for a check off approval so it wouldn’t be long. One hour later after my wife bugging the front desk our room was ready at 4:30PM. This was unacceptable since check in was 4:00PM.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A great burrata cheese dish and bottle of wine was unexpectedly delivered to us for our anniversary.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Yolan. Our server Adam was very attentive and friendly.
The doormen were friendly and always opened car doors and hotel door. They made us feel welcome to be staying at the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay.

Checking in, we were assigned an ADA room without telling us. We needed ice daily, sometime it took 1 hour to receive, other times they just forgot. Housekeeping was awful. They would forget to stock glasses, coffee amenities, soap, wash clothes, shower cap, Kleenex.

Got a great rate on Travelzoo for this stay. The pricing for this reservation when viewed thru the Marriott app did not match the Travelzoo rate. I had to contact the hotel directly two times, prior to my visit to get the rate properly reflected at the hotel.

Could never figure out the HVAC. Was only blowing cold air in the room, despite maintenance coming by. Had my "make up room" light on for 5 hours (noon - 5pm) and no one serviced the room.
