We loved the hotel lobby with all its old-time nooks and crannies to explore. We didn't use the pool but it looked beautiful.

We arrived late Thanksgiving afternoon and the site was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a drink in the bar, and later dinner in the restaurant. Both had wonderful service, great food and drinks as well as atmosphere.
Our room was very nice and updated. The history and historical decor in the hotel was opulent and beautiful, tastefully decorated

Beautiful hotel, all the staff were so friendly. Stayed in a deluxe king, great room with lots of space. Exceptional shower.

What a beautiful hotel! My husband and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary and we really enjoyed the beautiful environment and atmosphere! 100 percent would recommend for a special occasion!

We enjoyed the complimentary sparkling wine that was part of the offer, as well as the $20 Starbucks gift card. We found the central location convenient to all that downtown Chattanooga has to offer. We are members of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and appreciated being able to stay in one of the affiliated properties.

Greetings,
We found the room very comfortable as well as the beds, but the pillows left something to be desired. For a hotel that aims for first tier recognition, pillows that are fiber filled and not down pillows is a disappointment.
