Our king room was very spacious and the bathroom was really nice. Unfortunately the soundproofing in the room was minimal, and the garbage truck woke us up each morning. Additionally, nearby construction caused a water shutoff from 11am on one day of our stay, which the hotel notified us of the evening before. Front desk personnel were very friendly, although we did have to call down multiple times one evening to get fresh towels and additional toilet paper. The welcome drinks in the bar were excellent and much appreciated. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Hotel was very cute, service was fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet as soon as we checked in and they addressed it immediately. We requested extra pillows and slippers and they brought them immediately. Water pressure was a little weak, but not horrible. Roof pool is beautiful and heated year round. All around fantastic experience.

Great hotel and staff in an extremely walkable location, far enough away from the craziness of the quarter to relax. Phenomenal lobby bartender. A little moody, but he made excellent cocktails.
Other Comments
Only criticism - the room felt dark even with the lights on and window shade up, and the color in the bath/toilet room was an off-putting peach tone.

Very quaint hotel room was clean & antique & modern at same time. Very comfortable bed. Used trolley car right down the street to & near the French quarter.

The roof top pool it outstanding! The front desk, car parking attendants, and coffee shop barista's were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed happy hour oysters at Seaworthy and the service was outstanding.
Other Comments
The free drink; only a chose of 3 beers, 3 wines, a premixed gin drink, a hurricane, or a mocktail mojito. Very little choice not very happy with it.
The Wi-Fi was terrible so I was glad I didn't have to pay extra for it! The TV shows tiled the entire time. No ice maker in the hotel, you have a mini tray in the fridge in the room you have to fill with water and wait for it to freeze.
