QUick 2 day visit to area we lived in 35 years ago. Tremendous change to area but enjoyed the time we spent there.

The only hic-cup in our stay was their inability to accommodate our late check-out request.
Also, the breakfast was not very good. The eggs were bland - no taste, and the muffins were cold and dry.

I met a very nice and friendly bar tender at the Terrace bar by the name of Leland. He is also very helpful and has a great knowledge about almost anything. He should be your go to guy if you need someone to talk to in Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Glad new carpets are in, the old ones was pretty stinky. Breakfast was good, slight upgrade. Staff service good, though upon check-in there was only 1 staff person, and he was swamped with the phone ringing & answering, me trying to check-in and others, and others waiting to ask questions. Hmm?

Extend the social hour with an additional 30 or 60 minutes and upgrade the selection just slightly......

Amazing place to stay if you haven't stayed here you need to check it out. It's one of our favorite places to stay.

I would just let the staff front desk and also the people who take care of the food and drinks. They're doing a great job. Keep doing what they're doing. It's one of our favorite resorts to stay at in Scottsdale.
