What You Need to Know
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made prior to 3 p.m. local time, 14 days before arrival to receive a full refund of the 50% deposit (room and tax), issued by the hotel. The 50% deposit (room and tax) will be forfeited for cancellations received after this time

- A mandatory resort fee of 10% plus tax, per room, per night will be included in the total price of your stay on the booking page. This includes Wi-Fi; shuttle service (within a 5-mile radius); washer and dryer access; kids' coloring kits; and seasonal offerings, like s'mores kits (weather permitting); snowshoes (winter); ice-skating rink and ice skates (winter, limited sizes; please inquire at reception); two-hour beach cruiser rentals (late spring, summer and early fall); range balls at Crooked Tree Golf Club and Bay Harbor Golf Club (late spring, summer; proper golf attire required, guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent)
