Lovely room, excellent view, loved that all the curtains/sheets were on remote. My one complaint is there was no privacy in the bathroom, all of the bathroom walls are clear glass- no frosting. Whoever is attempting to sleep in bed is completely disturbed by bathroom lighting with no possibility of blocking it out.

Everything was wonderful and relaxing. We went during off season and had the hot tub and pool area to ourselves. Staff was friendly and available when we needed something but not pushy. Great stay.

Very easy to get to the hotel by cab from LV airport. Arrival is very easy check in very smooth and easy. The room was fabulous. Large bathroom and very comfortable and especially the AC worked really well as I have severe asthma and need lots of airflow. They had a Nespresso coffee machine which we have at home and love. Hard to drink any other coffee. we were on the fourth floor with a city view would’ve been nice to be a little higher but that’s OK. they have a Zen café on the 3rd floor which was very easy to get extra coffe’s and breakfast items and items and snacks. Overall, I would go back in a heartbeat, no casino not large crowds, no smoking at the end of the strip, you can grab Uber, cab, or just walk a lot of steps.
Other Comments
My only complaint and it is small: we wanted housekeeping, going into our last day and night, we let them know as we were walking out for the afternoon came back five hours later and housekeeping had not showed up to our room. Had to get ready for a show ,no clean towels, no coffee supplies, Kleenex. We had to call and have them come in — a gal did come finally. She made the bed, left clean towels and that was it very disappointed in that service?? provided no waters No coffee supplies no Kleenex didn’t even empty the garbage but put it in a bag and left it at the desk. Overall, the experience was fabulous. Just what we needed and would go back again.

Staff was good, Zen kitchen was terrible, I ordered a turkey club sandwich, no options for bread, not toasted Turkey tasted freezer burned, French fries were soggy and oily. First night we ate at the bar. Drinks good, pinot noir was served very cold. appetizers lifeless, neutral presentation with no flavor.

Had a wonderful stay here for a quick one night. The staff and service is absolutely wonderful. Front desk staff, Joseph on the 23rd floor, Mia at Peacock Alley and the Doormen. Couldn't have been more impressed.

It was a quick getaway for my 50th birthday, as we have some family issues and could not afford to go anywhere for a longer period of time. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, thoughtful and gracious. Sarah, Ikaika, Myrna, and Ray or Roy from housekeeping, were all exceptional; I got a birthday dessert delivered to my room, I was also given complimentary lavender bath salts to take home. Afternoon tea at Peacock Alley was also very enjoyable. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay very much, and wish we were back there, instead of back to reality.
