We had a great experience at the hotel. I chose this hotel for its location, amenities, and reviews. When great discount became available through Travelzoo, I jumped right on it. A view from our room on 56th floor was spectacular. Breakfast was outstanding with wide variety of choices, never ran out of food through the whole breakfast scheduled time. The hotel staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and professional. Room was kept spotless by Gigi during our stay. I can’t wait to go back!

Stayed a week at this busy well located hotel. Breakfasts plentiful. Hiousekeeping the only weakness as we had old food left in our kitchenette and repeated lack of cleaning. Otherwise staff friendly .
