So convenient! You leave your car by your room and just walk up the trail next to the river into the Park. You still have to go through an entrance gate, but then you are right next to the shuttle buses. Even walking around the hotel grounds the views of the cliffs are spectacular.

We cut our 4-night trip short by a day due to a forecast of heavy rain the last day. Thank you TravelZoo for a refund for that last night without penalty. We headed home before the road to Carmel Junction was closed due to landslides (yikes!). We still had two days of wonderful weather and a great time.

Hotel was lovely and so was restaurant. Only negative was that the room were were given was situated directly behind a large building, so we did not experience the "every room has a view of the mountains" we hoped for. I assume this is because we were using a discounted voucher from Travelzoo, but it was still disappointing.

This is a wonderful property almost right next to the entry gate to Zion National Park. Guests can leave their car at the hotel, walk to the gate and hop the Zion shuttle. The property is in a very picturesque canyon and is in great condition with an attentive staff.

This is a wonderful hotel. Our room was clean, stylish and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the location can’t be beat, being within walking distance of the park entry. We were impressed by the extremely friendly staff, and their shuttling us to local restaurants upon request was such an appreciated convenience. The in-house, patio style restaurant is a peaceful, cozy spot for well-prepared breakfasts. We lucked out in choosing the Cliffrose for our visit to Zion, and would definitely stay again!

Staff was spectacular - all friendly and attentive with one exception. The hostess at the outdoor restaurant was rude and disrespectful during dinner hour. She failed to seat us after being told we were first on the wait list. While enjoying the live music from our balcony we had a clear view of the dining area. After seeing several other parties seated ahead us we checked with her, observing the wait list had been altered. We dined elsewhere after she was unprofessional. Suggest adding some small tables for two to maximize numbers rather than all large tables with only 2 people at each.

This was our first time to Zion and we didn’t know what to expect. The Cliffrose was in a great location with a beautiful setting. We parked our car and walked or used the shuttles for both the park and downtown. The Cliffrose staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was exceptionally clean and the restaurants meals delicious. Staying at the Cliffrose Curio Collection by Hilton enhanced our visit to Zion National park. There was nice live music during dinner. Pro tip-‘take a table near the back of the deck or it’s loud. The staff was very helpful. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this place- the best place to stay in Zion near the park entrance on the Springdale strip. The views were spectacular from just about every room (we had #118) & the grounds were so well kept & manicured. We sat out down by the Virgin River each night by the fire pits and soaked it all in. Deer would walk right up & we met some super friendly cats! The service was wonderful & very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

This place is magical. It's 5 beautiful acres on the river with a great view. They upgraded us to a suite on the river, which was very nice. The parking lots at Zion were full, but there's a path from the hotel to the visitor center at the park, only a few minutes walk. I will definitely be back!

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the views of the canyon are stunning, and the pool (open year-round) and hot tub were very nice. I'm sure that the newer/upgraded rooms at the Cliffrose are also very nice, but the older room that I stayed in was not worth the money (not even this reduced promotional rate).

I knew that with this promotional rate I would not get one of the hotel's best rooms, but I was still disappointed. I was given a lower-level room in one of the oldest buildings, and there was significant noise from the guests in the room above mine. The floors were quite creaky, so the building must be wood-framed. The Cliffrose did not honor my preference for a higher-floor room, which is in my Hilton profile.
In addition, on the second night of my stay there was NO hot water. I called the front desk; they were aware of the situation and promised me a call right back with an ETA for the problem to be resolved, but I did not receive a call back. When I checked out the next day, I was offered 30% off the second night's rate as compensation and I accepted that, but even with 30% off one night I still thought that what I paid was too much for a nicely renovated but small and aging room (with the previously-mentioned noise problem).
I stayed one other night at the Holiday Inn Express in Springdale and had a much better experience there. That property is also aging a bit, but it is very well-maintained and the rooms are larger. (And I was given a high-floor room, honoring my preference on file.)
Finally, none of the staff at the Cliffrose wore masks in the middle of this Omicron COVID surge. (All of the staff were masked at the Holiday Inn Express.)

They have hikers menu and access to the Zion visitor center without taking the Springdale shuttle. I would definitely stay again with a voucher!

It was a nightmare because we got to the hotel after a 13 hour car ride. We had to stay at another hotel. Hilton really disappointed me and really makes travelzoo look bad!

The entire stay was more than wonderful. The location is prime, 200 yards away from the National Park entrance. The hotel sits in front of the Virgin River and is completely picturesque. Traveling with kids is always a little hectic, but the amenities there provided plenty of entertainment for my toddler daughters.

The hotel is great! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I bugged the staff a couple of times for some things and they always directed me with a huge smile and always welcoming.

The hotel is located within 200 yards of the hub for all Zion transportation in and out of the park. It’s grounds are very pleasant, well maintained and the staff is great every time you interact with them. This hotel exceeded our expectations, the rooms are large and well appointed. The pool is heated and with two on site, plus the river, the kids had endless options. We will definitely be booking there again on future Zion adventures.

Superb location, enjoyed outdoor dinner and local musicians. Breakfast really good too.
Would not have tried without the travelzoo discount and so glad I did- been to Zion numerous times and will book this resort in the future.

What a great value. Loved being there in off season so we could visit Zion without crowds. This hotel is walking distance to park! The staff was the friendliest we have ever experienced. Each and every one of them from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping. All amenities were superb and view from room was breathtaking. Maintenance of property including grounds and room cleanliness was the best we’ve experienced since Covid hit. We’ll done Hilton!

The location was perfect....backing to the Zion River and a short walk to the Visitor Center and Park Shuttles. The restaurant's food was delicious....the best shrimp tacos I've ever had! Also, live music was provided in the restaurant for one hour each day.

Travelzoo advertised the "deal" as a rate of $349, discounted from the normal $750 room rate. Actually, the normal rate for the room was $350. The Travelzoo bonus was a $50 credit towards meals in their restaurant.

This hotel was the best one we've ever stayed at! The location doesn't get any better. The heated pools and hot tubs were the icing on the cake. We enjoyed mornings in the park and afternoons in the pools. The food is a good value and was tasty. The deer, the river, the mountains, the staff... All wonderful. Hope we can get back here one day.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend trip to Zion (and day trip to Bryce Canyon) during the off/winter season. Room was clean and comfortable and plenty spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved walking out my door and seeing the canyon. It's a short 5 min walk into the park from the hotel to the visitor center or to start watchman trail. Had a few meals at the restaurant and everything was flavorful and came out quickly. When I come back to Springdale I'll definitely stay here again.

Smoke detector going off at 1am in our room. Asleep for 3 hours and then unable to fall back asleep for a few hours. Of course the night before we have to check out in the morning. No one answered any of the phones at 1am but the man at the front desk was wonderful. Got it fixed in about 10 minutes, but would have been nice to get an apology at least.

Great hotel and perfect location! After a full day of multiple hikes we went to the onsite spa for a couples massage. The massage was wonderful and helped restore our bodies for another full day of hiking. Also fun, we woke to a couple deer right outside our door eating grass. Beautiful setting.

An absolutely beautiful location-with views of the rock canyon from our balcony, pool and jacuzzi. Lovely large grounds bordering the Virgin River. Free parking, coffee in room and lobby, and restaurant is reasonably priced with large portions. A short walk to park entrance and more restaurants. Live music 3 nights in a row-what a great surprise!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. We were 300 yards from the Zion park entrance. The grounds are pleasant and relaxing. Sitting in the hot tub, you are looking at the cliffs of Zion! You can lunch as we did by the banks of the Virgin River. This hotel was great in terms of customer service, friendliness, and cleanliness. I am surely going to return.

The hotel and grounds are gorgeous! It’s located so close to Zion’s pedestrian entrance which is essential with the crowds that go to the park. The restaurant was outstanding. The food was delicious, we were surprised more people weren’t there. The rooms weren’t as nice as expected, carpet and wallpaper a bit shabby, they were nicer when we stayed here a few years ago. Reading lamps at bed needed shades and separate controls. Our room wasn’t a good location, with a view of the side of the next building. I know the property looks nicer in the spring when everything is in bloom and perhaps will stay another season.

We made our first trip to Zion and enjoyed our stay at the Cliffrose. The hotel location is beautiful, right on the river looking out over the iconic red rock scenery. Staff were attentive and kind, and the rooms were nicely appointed. I appreciate the two pool/jacuzzi options, and the 24 hr jacuzzi too! The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our above and beside neighbors walk around both morning and night, so I would recommend requesting a second story room at least. The restaurant was okay. Great view, but not sure the food was worth the price, and it is really a small space. Overall, we would definitely return again!
