It looks nice overall and the bed was comfortable.

Everything is grossly overpriced. To have a slice of cake sent to your room would cost $33 after tax and fees. Also I was charged for complimentary items and I have been getting more and more bills from them since checkout

Checked in early, went up to room and wall panel to hvac was off and sitting by side. Went back to desk to ask about this and was given different room, with view of pool, and credit on account to enjoy a coffee/ drink/ snack. Staff are incredible all the way around, no matter where you are on property.

Great places to eat. We’ve been to all restaurants except for Marc’s, only because we really prefer Versailles for food choices. Beautiful grounds. Tremendous staff. Wine tour is fun.

Interior design very nice and thoughtful.
Other Comments
The hotel is trying to be a resort it is not. Also, charging 5 star prices does not make it so. The restaurant wait staff were the friendliest. Bed was super comfortable, that is all.

I booked the resort for my husband's birthday. From the staff to the ease of check out, the entire experience was exceptional! My husband thoroughly enjoyed himself, as I did.

Stacey at the front desk treated us extraordinary, Mark, the valet driver went over and beyond. We also enjoyed the noon wine tour guider (I don't remember her name) but she was phenomenal and we learned a lot.

Great experience! Great wine. We ordered food at the wine tasting and didn’t get it for over a hour due to computer issues. The inn was packed with wedding guests, etc. and it was very nosey after bedtime. Other than that, everything was excellent .
