The property has been restored. The staff were wonderful. Loved the natural hot spring mineral pool & hot tub. The free coffee/espresso/latte/chocolate lobby machine was a morning treat. Our room was spacious & comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Enjoyed wine tasting promo but you need to ask when booking as it requires advance reservations. The hot spring amenities (pool,sauna/steam room) are small but lovely if not crowded. Everything was working and enjoyed relaxing (prior visit steam room was not). A quiet property walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Near Silverado Trail end of town.

Enjoyed stay. Mineral spring pool, sauna, hot tub were all clean and working. The area is small so fortunately it wasn’t crowded. Enjoy the area and walking distance to town.

We love all their included amenities. Because we booked on Travelzoo we were given a free wine tasting at the Vault in Calistoga. Yummy wine!

The Travel Zoo benefit of free wine tasting at a local winery was not available b/c the winery was closed. We were not informed of this until we arrived. Otherwise, we would have booked an alternative date. The steam sauna was not working. Had the potential to be an excellent trip, but the above problems prevented this from happening. The hotel needs to inform guests ahead of time when the TZ benefits are not available.

The pool and hot tub were small. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool and only two jets were operational. There were a bunch of construction work going on that made a lot of noise. The TV was easily 25 years old.
