Nice stay. Rooms were nice, facility is nicer than anticipated. Rooms have a refrigerator and there is a microwave for use in the lobby area. Room was facing road which could be busy at times and construction going on across the street. Many kids in pool when we got there, but we were able to find a quiet time at the pool, hot tub, steam room, and dry sauna during the daytime. Walked to and around all of Calistoga. Don't miss the side streets.

Good location, pleasant atmosphere, nice pool. The rooms were spacious. The only downside was the loud sounds of doors slamming shut and footsteps on the wooden walkway outside the rooms. It woke me much earlier in the morning than I had hoped.

Very comfy king-size bed with a beautiful view of the fall foliage; much-needed thermal pool, sauna, and steam room; excellent location - five minutes to town; and very accessible to great wineries

At check in, the hotel computer showed only one night booked (we booked two nights). Initially, the hotel told us we would need to sort things out with you (we checked in at 6:00pm PST and your offices were closed). If they had not been gracious and handled it themselves, it could have caused some issues. I would STRONGLY suggest you have an a 24 hr emergency number for Travelzoo guests. 6:00 pm check in is well within reason and I was stuck and stressed. I have used you for years now and know you have excellent service. Please take my suggestion to heart. It matters when you are in a predicament. Thanks!

The Inn is conveniently located. I appreciated the pool fed by a Hot Spring, jacuzzi, and wet and dry sauna. All the amenities of a higher end day spa minus the massage. We did go in the off season and stayed Sun - Tues, which made it less busy. I imagine it gets very crowded during the peak season. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to others.

Nice clean room, poor and saunas. Nice grounds. It was a little loud in our room from hallway and other rooms. Hot water in shower difficult to access and very low water pressure in shower.

We enjoyed the spa and pool. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Fall is a beautiful time of year to visit the wine country. So many colors everywhere!
