Another family was also given our room keys. Fortunately, my wife and daughter were at the pool, however, I was in the bathroom when this other family entered our room. Needless to say, both them and me were very upset since that was a clear security breach.

no issues with the room and waterpark but hotel made an error overcharging me $800+ at check out. Front desk was not very helpful in fixing the billing error, insisted the charges were correct at check out. Took me days of following up to resolve the billing issue

Great hotel! We enjoyed the indoor pool, played in the arcade (half-price games Sunday–Thursday), tried the restaurants, and explored nearby coaster rides, hiking trails, and fishing lakes—all within a short drive. We visited during the week and were told it was their transition period from summer to winter (ski season), so there weren’t any on-site activities for children at the time. I wish there had been some Halloween activities for the kids during the week, but overall we still had a great stay. I suppose that’s why the rates in October were more affordable.

We visited Sunday-Monday, which meant that the resort was less crowded. Our 5 year old son had a great time, which is what matters most. His only disappointment was that we had to leave!!

Our experience was amazing due to the terrific staffs. The check in staff, La La was great with all the details and the rooming information. Andrew, the front bag guy was superior going up stair with all kids talking and asking him questions. He was patient.

Please make sure that the room are indeed finish cleaning because we had an incident of non-cleaning of a room 939
