  • Sundays: 5 p.m.

Checkout: Standard Time is 11am.

Children and additional guests: Children 18 and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Crib/Pack 'n Play available upon request: free of charge.
Extra bedding available upon request: free of charge.
Extra guest charges will apply as follows:
$20 plus tax per night for older children and adults.

Cribs/Pack 'n' Plays are based on availability.
Extra bedding available in suites only.

Pets: Only service animals allowed.

Service animals must be ADA recognized.

We deliberately chose to go on a Monday & Tuesday because of less crowds. The downside of that is that were no big acts playing in their arena. The rooms are very nice and we had a great time.

Perfect getaway with two girlfriends. Only complaint is locating parking close to hotel ck. in. Would highly suggest utilizing the valet service and pay a tip to the valet. This brings you directly to the hotel lobby. Otherwise, be prepared for a long walk!

Love the property's ambiance and offerings. Saw a concert and that was great. Went to an RV show on campus and enjoyed that too. Stayed 2 nights with a room in each of the Earth and Sky Towers and had two different experiences. People all around were great. The only real drawback was prepaying for the trip, then encountering a $25/day charge for amenities upon arrival. After paying hundreds for each room, the spa and pool (that we had no use for) should have been included. The surprise was an unnecessary way to leave a bad taste in the customer's mouth as they pay it and walk out the door. Not very well thought out by the marketing team!

Beautiful decor, lots of shows, restaurants and shops to choose from. A little pricey, but you get a solid experience for your money. It entertains all the senses. Overall, I highly recommend it!
