THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY WELCOMED US EVERY TIME WE CAME BACK TO THE HOTEL AND MADE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. LUGGAGE STORAGE WAS AMAZING.

THEIR WINE SOCIAL IS WONDERFUL AND THE HOTEL HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT, THEY ASSIST YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN GET IT QUICKLY.

We were offered an upgrade for $50 to a suite and it was wonderful to have the extra room. The location is perfect with some fabulous restaurants, the subway and Times Square within easy walking.

As an IHG member, I thought the late checkout was automatic and it was not but they did accommodate a 12:30 pm checkout. We also needed an iPhone cable and this was also not available. These are very small issues as we were extremely pleased with our stay.

We stayed previously at the Eventi and were excited to return. The rooms are very nice. The staff is great. And the location is exceptional. We prefer Chelsea because of the quieter setting but still being close to everything you want.

Great location and hotel. I would definitely stay at The Kimpton Eventi the next time we go to NYC. We ate lunch at the hotel's restaurant - L'Amico. It was outstanding and the owner is a Michelin chef.
Very convenient location. This was my first Travel Zoo offer experience - thank you!
