Our stay at the historic Omni Bedford Springs Resort for Light Up Night was excellent. The hotel felt alive with local families, and the Christmas energy filled every corner. Staff delivered friendly service at every turn. The decorations looked thoughtful and festive. Our room in the Spa section stood out with its comfort and quiet setting. I look forward to returning.

Nice and welcoming hotel. An old hotel and it shows in some spots. Would have liked to see our room a little better cleaned and maintained. There was a broken lamp, frayed carpeting, and lots of lady bugs on the ceilings. With the prices in the hotel and being a luxury hotel I would like to see some better maintenance.

Our time spent at The Omni Bedford springs is always wonderful! Such a gorgeous setting - with exceptionally clean rooms, an indoor pool, several restaurant options and a fabulous spa on-site - a dream!!! We will def be back!

Lovely hotel with excellent friendly staff! Food choices were disappointing for gluten free options. This lovely resort should have a drop dead restaurant but we definitely did not feel the food matched the accommodations.
