The room we got was located right next to the entry/exit doors where people came in/out up to 1am in the morning. The room was also directly next to the gym and ice machines. Altogether, we got nearly no sleep due to the excessive noise. Lastly, sink in the bathroom did not drain quickly, resulting in us having to use the bath faucet. This room was should not be assigned to anyone.

The entire staff was professional and friendly. very accommodating. Did not like the location of the room that was facing a wall they assigned us . Went to the front desk and the change my room to s better view. Ramon one of the parking / bell hop couldn’t do enough for us. He is a valuable employee, 5 stars to him for going the extra mile.

Perfect getaway for our son's spring break. Great location. Friendly staff. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, and towels for the beach. I had a sore throat, they sent me a kettle with tea for my room. Pool time was fun, easy access to food and drinks. Overall, very accommodating for families.
