The communication before our visit and after our check out was impressive. We got texts welcoming us on arriving asking if we needed anything and then again when we checked to see how are stay was

The hotel sign was broken on the outside of the hotel. Half the lights on the sign were broken. The hotel is dark and dingy and very out dated. There were garbage pails in the hallways.

Are used a travel zoo coupon for a four night stay in a mini suite the room was more than adequate service at the front desk and lobby. Very good prices in the bar extremely expensive and the pizza was terrible but staff was friendly and location was great. I would definitely go back.

I FIRST became acquainted with the Manhattan club in the late 90's when purchasing a time share which I sold about 10 years later so I am familiar with this property and whenever i find it on your website I reserve the one bedroom suite with its 2 bathrooms and so many other amenities,

The location is fabulous ... close to the theatre , shopping, restaurants and Central Park/ The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff always welcoming and eager to please.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a bit older but clean and perfect since usually you’re out exploring and not in the room. We were upgraded upon arrival to a larger room and it was perfect for us.
