Great location, wonderful suite where we stayed, and fabulous service. We hope to return again next summer for the US Open.

This is our second visit to the Manhattan Club and my wife … in particular … enjoys having her own bathroom! Nice accommodations and the lounge / dining room on 26th floor is terrific as well.

We roamed NYC all day and checked in about 9pm. Mary greeted us and was friendly and helpful. She initially told us breakfast was not included but when I mentioned the travelzoo deal included breakfast for 2 she checked and apologized and explained how our 3rd person would be charged $30. And that our total bill was the same as my travelzoo docs. She then told us she had more good news and our junior suite had been upgraded to an executive suite with a balcony. Well, that balcony was bigger than some hotel rooms! and the views from the 21st floor were just amazing! That should let you know that they only have a continental breakfast- no kitchen. But they have a lot to offer including freshly made pancakes from a little machine and pre-proportioned plain or cheese omelets (seemed like a creamy Velveta) and bacon on the side. They also had greek yogurt and bagels, cereal etc. The older gentleman in the dining room was very helpful, explaining every detail and was VERY attentive. There were 2 waters in the room clearly marked at $8. Checkout was just as easy and pleasant. We would surely go again and recommend it.

Traveled to NYC for a concert at Citi Field and a Broadway show. Found the hotel location excellent for everywhere we needed to go. Staff, in particular housekeeping, the staff upstairs in the lounge, and front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.
Other Comments
It's amazing to have the kitchenette and the extra room when you have a few days' stay in the city. The free breakfast for two was a nice touch, saving us time on our way out for the day. Delicious pancakes and French croissants!

Location is amazing. Rooms are moderately spacious for NY. A little dated in the rooms. Needs some updating. But the staff was amazing and just a couple blocks to Central Park and a couple blocks to Rockefeller square. We highly enjoyed our stay. Could use some new Sofa beds.

Spotlessly clean, excellent staff, just an all-around great experience. The bed was a little hard but the linens and pillows were great. It's hard to find a one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette in New York City and this fit the bill.

The Manhattan Club is perfectly located: a 5-minute walk to Central Park, 10 minutes to Times Square and the theaters. We walked to the Empire State Building in 25 minutes. Took at 25-minute subway ride to the Statue of Liberty. The included breakfast through Travel Zoo was continental but had many options. Very welcoming staff. The hotel itself is a little dated but if all you are going to do is sleep in your room it is fine.

The staff was fantastic from the bellmen to the housekeepers to the breakfast attendants. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. We'll be back.
