What You Need to Know
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made prior to 5 p.m. local time, 7 days before arrival to receive a refund of the total stay deposit (room, tax and service fee), minus a $25 cancellation fee
- A 2-night minimum stay is required; there are select dates when rooms or vacation homes are not available
- For two-queen rooms: Prices based on a maximum of 2 guests sharing a room
- For vacation homes: Prices based on maximum occupancy listed in room descriptions
- Children 2 and under stay free of charge when using existing hotel bedding
- No matter where you book, this hotel has a service charge of 18% plus tax, per room, per night; this fee will be added to the total price at checkout; it covers gratuities for all service staff (with the exception of luggage and cocktail bar staff)

We ty to go to Woodloch for a Christmas weekend each year. Lots of things to do for kids and adults. Juggler was hysterical. We go with another family which doubles your fun. We lucked out and stayed in a newly renovated suite. Before the renovation the suites were fine but it's nice to know that Woodloch keeps on top of things.

Sammy is quite the jack of all trades. He was our boat driver, a dining room host, the MC at evening performances and he can sing, dance and play guitar. He was wonderful. We also really enjoyed our sweet server Odelia.
