My husband accompanied me on a work trip for a conference in New Orleans. He spent more time at the hotel than I did. The only complaint was the on-going renovation construction. It was quite noisy. Other than that, everything was great - we got a complete room refresh every day and all of the staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. We would definitely come back

The staff was absolutely fantastic. From the front desk to the nighttime security officer, everyone was great.

This was my third time staying at the hotel. I would like you to place in our files that we are NEVER to stay in any room facing the streets again. Couldn't go to sleep until after 3 AM.
In the future, we want an internal room overlooking the pool and far away from the streets.

Hotel was in a great location, however, the hotel needs to fix things, i.e., no hot water in our room, awful mattresses that are lumpy.

It was better than expected. As soon as you entered the hotel you were in a different world than Bourbon Street even though it was right outside your door.

enjoyed our time at the Royal Sonesta. It was very walkable and close to most sites we wanted to see. Loud in room at night, but that's because you are in the middle of all that goes on Bourbon St. Loved the balcony room and would stay here again - but we usually came in before it got too crazy at night. We are not the party crowd that most here come for.
