Simply cannot beat Green line T access right outside the hotel front door! Stayed here for one night to see a show at the Wilbur nearby. Lovely 4 stops on public transit there and back. Everyone working there is very friendly, professional, and outgoing. Pristine cleanliness. For the right price, my partner and I would easily return here again and again.

The rooms need a good makeover/renovation. Our room despratley needed a fresh coat of pain. The bathroom shower /tub had severe wear. We only stayed from evening till morning to catch a flight. Did not use any of the amenities.

When we arrived the front desk personnel were less than helpful in getting us into our room a bit early. They also have an INSANE policy that you can't wait for your room at the top floor pool bar, even on a weekday. How much money might we have spent there while waiting? Our room was probably one of the worst in the hotel, typical.

Some areas of the room could do with a better clean: behind the bedside tables and under the bathroom sink unit.
Really enjoyed our stay and the strawberries and sparkling water for our anniversary were a lovely touch.

I got married at the Boston Library and staying just made my wedding. We rented a cabana and relaxed at the pool. It was a great escape and we were able to enjoy Boston. Everyone loved the rooms. Travel zoo had a great deal.

Parking discount was great but need to work on the ticket system. The service was excellent.
