Very clean, great personnel & if you would like to have a unique experience - ask the bartender to go to th "vault" on Thur-Sat!!!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to all the great spots in the French Quarter. Excellent staff, always ready to help. Great view of the river from our room. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely return.

I enjoyed my stay. I was on a mother daughter trip for my birthday week. I’m glad I choose this hotel deal. The perks were great.The concierge was very helpful. All hotel the staff I encountered durning my stay were friendly and professional.

Hotel was good, not great. No real issues other than shower gel was empty when I used the shower. Also you have to request maid service, not automatically done.

Check the bill when departing, even though I booked through Travel Zoo and received a discounted destination fee, the hotel still charged the full $30 per day instead of $15. I had to argue with two different staff members who kept saying that I had not used the credit for food which had nothing to do with the fact that the fee should have been $15 not $30. Finally got the money back but frustrating because I had my confirmation showing the Travel Zoo booking but they basically ignored that.

Simply a great time. We had a beautiful view of the French Quarter and the Mississippi River. We took a yoga class in the hotel. We enjoyed live music in the bar with the stunning view on the 11th floor.

The hotel staff was wonderful, including the concierge, the front desk, the bar staff, and the restaurant associates. Great job everyone.
