Size of the room.

The room key didn't work several times. One time I had to wait an hour to get back into my room. When the keys go out you have to go back to the front desk and stand in a long line. Also even though the pool cabanas were advertised in the deal, the hotel refused to honor it.

There were three of us. All widows. We had connecting rooms which was great. Enjoyed the perks and location to the strip. Had one problem. One of the rooms was not cleaned on one of the days even though the connecting door was left open.

Lovely room, great hotel.

One issue we encountered was that our room wasn't serviced or cleaned...so we had no towels and beds weren't made. The house phone wasn't working in the room so we had to travel 25 floors to ask for clean towels but were disappointed by the lack of housekeeping service (as a mom, it's my favorite part of staying in a hotel!).

Nothing, since he already ruined my day, my stay!

1) Oscar, who checked us in was rude and disrespectful. He told me that the room is sensored and once i touched the fridge, I get charged $20.00! I’m diabetic and I have 2 insulin pens with that need refrigerated and I can’t put them in the fridge! Insane! Sick! Disgusting! Where’s customer service?I booked our stay with Travelzoo and he told me the hotel does not honor my book so he charged me regular price! Sick! I’m disputing this case in my card provider! I complained to the manager at front desk and didn’t get anywhere. Oscar need a lot more training in his job!

Everything was good but the pool they tend to reserve much of it so you may need to pay for a seat umbrella etc. They had some weird security to get into the pool. And it’s more of a lounging pool over a swimming pool. We managed and enjoyed our time especially the food at Tim Ho Wan. Watch out for the fishbowl Sangria. NMT

The offerings and service in the Serrano cafe.

The difference between VIP and "free" services. The room was too small with no way to just and read. The bathroom light was a harsh glare. The incessant loud music. The lack of relatively simple machine gambling

Everyone was so nice and patient with our boys. Very convenient having a McDonald's on premises though not sure how the Cafe keeps selling 6 dollar coffees. Food selection was pretty good, buffet not so good though again staff was amazing.

Serrano Cafe, La Popular, and Tim Ho Wan are the best restaurants for the price. Great food and great service!

I was charged $101 for a dinner in a restaurant that I didn't go to. It is being investigated. To have a charge put on my room for a restaurant I never went to has stressed me out and I'm wondering about the security. Did they not look at an ID when the charge was made? Ruined my experience.
