The only part that was awful was the front desk, no concierge, not answering phone. The front desk and calling from inside or outside the hotel went to a call center. The front desk were 3-4 young people chatting and completely uninformed and unhelpful. Could not get anyone on the phone (1-3x prior to arrivingand 2x once there). And once the shuttle left me somewhere random, older thin woman with short hair; saying there “were signs back to the hotel”.

We were greater warmly, had an easy check in. Was presented with our complimentary bottle of wine in a super cute wine tote. The hotel lobby was classy, welcoming and home like, with a family playing chess. We took advantage of both the wine happy hour and freshly baked cookies as a treat. Our room with a comfortable king bed was just the right size, with an adorable window seat and modern farmhouse feel. The room door was heavy and closed fully, masking any hallway noise. Generous parking and free EV charging stations, which we were able to take advantage of. I only wish we had stayed an additional night!

We could have missed it, but didn’t know the second floor of the hotel provided easy indoor access to the breakfast restaurant. This would have been good to know as it did rain during our stay.

Room was ready and clean. It was well designed. Check in was easy with polite and friendly staff. Biltmore does a great job with creating a high value experience.
Other Comments
The location is optimal for walking to the winery and Antler Hill village, as well as the farm. They provide a shuttle frequently to the House and other venues on the property. There are plenty of food options on property open for extended hours on certain days, during special events and the summer.
