The harbor court hotel has become one of my favorite hotels in San Francisco. The location is perfect… Clean beautiful and I took Konic San Francisco. The hotel itself is very Art Deco and has amenities such as great coffee in the morning and wine. Happy hour. The rooms were very comfortable clean and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the Harbour Court.

Great service from all staff. Beautiful lobby. Clean, well appointed room, but it was SMALL, especially the bathroom. To call the room a city view was giving it all the best - it was a window that looked at the wall of another building. Still, we will stay there again because of the location and other reasons mentioned above.

Super location and friendly, helpful staff. The first room we were given was extremely small without even a chair to sit. I talked to the front desk about the description of the room stating there was a sitting desk and that we had no desk nor chair in that teeny room. The clerk was very helpful and switched us on our second day to a slightly bigger room with a desk and chair. A neat benefit was access to the ymca next door. We enjoyed the location immensely and would recommend to others.

Overall it was a great experience. Great location and everyone who worked there was friendly. Love the on-site complementary bikes you can ride.

Our only issue was we never received the free bottle of wine that was supposed to be included in our deal we purchased. We asked for it and it was supposed to be in our room but it was never brought to us.

I traveled with another adult and discovered upon arrival that I booked a room with one double bed, not 2 double beds. I ended up having to pay extra for a bigger room. I’m also glad they had one available. Perhaps in the future make it very clear in the promotion.

Perhaps have enough food for continental breakfast for everyone staying at the hotel. Two mornings in a row they were out of food by 9am and the breakfast was offered until 10am.
