Rooms could use a bit of a refresh. The bed headboards were kinda dingy. Either clean them or replace to make the room more inviting. Bathrooms could use a bit of a refresh or deep clean, especially the shower.

Very Nice Check in with Eddie. He explained there was a $25 food/ beverage credit. I stated that we were interested in the roof top bar. He explained that it was closed to the public as it had been rented for a wedding. We were a bit disappointed. He gave a a few ticket for free drinks at the Mezzanine Bar. That was very nice as it was also outdoors. Bed was comfy, rooms need plastic cups and some paper towels/ napkins. We stepped out onto the balcony to watch the fireworks from the Tall Ships Festival.

The staff were friendly and always made us feel that they genuinely cared about their guests. A special thank you to the check-in staff member for his kindness and excellent service. The room did not have a refrigerator or a bathtub, but there was a water dispenser on every floor, and the lobby offered complimentary coffee as well as a water station with still water, sparkling water, and hot water. There was also an ATM inside the hotel, which was very convenient. We also used the $25 dining credit for breakfast. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the restaurant staff were all warm, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

A great place to stay for the theatre,restaurants, Newbury Street shopping and much more. The front desk personnel was more than accommodating allowing us early check in which was great! Very clean and one of the best omelettes I've had in a while.
