The weather was a little cool so could not use pool, however, the pool was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the area around the resort is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at a lot places on HHI over the years. For the rate we secured with TravelZoo, this was worth it compared to others on the Island.

The turtles in the turtle pond should be able to sun themselves. I would suggest putting large flat rocks in the center of the pond for them to climb on to. That way they would be safe from little hands and be able to get some sun.

We had a wonderful Anniversary weekend at the Sonesta. The staff is friendly. The resort is well designed. Beach access is easy and leads to a beautiful, quiet beach. The room was comfortable. It was very loud in most of the public/gathering spaces, but our room was quiet. It's a family and pet friendly resort. Next time, we will bring our children.
