What a great stay! The hotel is very charming and modern at the same time with comfortable rooms and beds. Most of the valet drivers were very friendly and same for the front desk workers and the one waitress we engaged with.
The hotel’s restaurant was very good for great, just on the pricier side.
Other Comments
Provide a way to tip valet drivers as group, especially when parking multiple nights at the hotel as most guests no longer carry cash in small notes (bills).
Also, provide cotton pads and ear swabs. There is a container already to hold them.

The hotel and their staff were great! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We called ahead and were able to get early check-in at 11am, which was amazing.

Elegant hotel. Staff were friendly and more than helpful. Location was walking distance to all the downtown sights we want to see.

My hotel reservation was made and confirmed for 2 nights, but the hotel computer system showed only 1 night. The desk clerk did change their reservation to 2 nights and requested that I forward my confirmed reservation to them. Everything was made good.

We stayed three nights over our anniversary weekend. The staff is very welcoming and accommodations. The minor problem we had with our room was dealt with immediately. Great location - easy to walk to major downtown locations.
