It is in a great location and walkable to everything. Parking is expensive so we parked in a garage off-site.

Valet parking was a mess. They took over 30 minutes to retrieve my car and it came back side swiped. On the Travelzoo website complementary hors d’oeuvres were advertised. No one in the lounge or at the front desk had any clue what that was about and it was not honored.

The lounge was cute, but they switched to a limited late night menu and then didn’t even serve until the time listed on that menu. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had a very enjoyable visit and if we return to Philadelphia would certainly consider staying there again.

The only difficulty we experienced was at a Sunday Tea. I had pre-paid for the Tea and we were unable to use that reservation because I was not told that I needed to have a pin # from Travelzoo. Since that was not mentioned when I made the reservation, I did not have it with me I would like to reimbursed, but am not sure how to do that.

The hotel is very nice and well situated, but they charge for parking per day as opposed to the 24-hour period which is pretty steep when you are only there for 1 night
