The hotel lost my reservation, but because I have my printed confirmation, they gave a different room at half the price I booked my room for. I ended up spending $110 per night! They also gave my daughter and I free breakfast for the duration of our stay for the additional trouble.

The only disappointment I experienced here was that the Concierge was never at his desk when o walked by so I couldn't get suggestions/help from them.

Everything was great except for the check-in experience. The gentleman who checked us in first told us that no rooms were available for our rate, but that we could pay an extra $20 for a luxury room. Then within a few moments suddenly there was a room available on the 4th. floor and eventually on the 7th. floor. Honestly it felt like he was trying to make some extra money for the hotel. The Sofitel is our favorite hotel in the country, and we stay there as often as we can. Everyone else from Miguel to Ivan and the bell and valet staff provided great service!!!!

Great experience. From the moment you walk into their lovely renovated lobby and its beautiful floral smell to the spacious rooms and wonderful staff, it was a great experience. Area has great restaurants and shopping and just a few blocks to Rittenhouse.

We went to Philly for two nights with our two children ages 10 and 7. We had a one-bedroom suite with a pullout sofa which was a perfect room for our family. The staff was friendly and attentive and the location of this hotel can't be beat. The only issue we had was there was a mattress missing from our pull out sofa and it took a while for them to get us a new one. But once that was resolved everything was perfect. We would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to others!

TRAVELZOO TOTALLY MESSED UP. YOI HAD MY NAME AND EMAIL WRONG. I THINK IT WAS BOOKEF UNDER THE WRONG PERSON. TOO ME A LONG TIME TO RECONCILE IT ALL. I ALMOST MISSED MY TRAIN. VERY UNHAPPY WITH TRAVEL ZOO.
