"The property and the room. When we arrived to check-in, there were no rooms with two beds remaining due to a large group of families staying at the hotel. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite, which was very nice."

The lobby staff, bell staff, doormen, front desk staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff we encountered in the hallways were also incredibly friendly.
Other Comments
There was a missing drawer handle on the bureau and a missing bulb in the bathroom. We were also disturbed 4-5 times during our stay by the housekeeping staff knocking on our door including in the evening.
