We checked in around 9:30 pm and were greeted with the most efficient and gracious man at the desk. He took some ice packs for me to the freezer and when I asked if we might have our check out at 12, he explained what i could do the next day to facilitate it. The hotel, room, vibe was so lovely - traditional yet not stuffy at all. The gym was a very welcome addition.

The entire staff was outstanding-friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast in the Parker Restaurant was a pleasure and delicious. The only negative was the minute size of the bathroom in the room.

Wonderful service and well staffed for check-in and questions. Great location to walk everywhere.

Main bar was closed on busy weekend (and long wait at casual bar) making it difficult to socialize on site.

The only negative part was they gave us a 25.00 voucher for the restaurant lounge and when we checked out we couldn’t use it because it wasn’t for drinks and no one at the front desk said that. I was with 2 other couple and we checked in with different people at the front desk and not one of them shared the information that it was for food only.
Other than that it was a nice stay.

This hotel was beautiful! The staff were so helpful & nice. The hotel was in a great location - so walkable to many places. The rooms were so clean and hotel was immaculately maintained. Highly recommend this hotel!
