Very interesting atmosphere with original art on many walls and in room. Doorman at front 24 hours. Excellent French quarter location. Wine at 4pm each evening in lobby.

Did not get turn down service or evening cookies either night.

Upon check in we were greeted by Sara and Grant and offered a welcome glass of champagne. We were contacted before we even checked in if we wanted reservations for their award winning restaurant and it was the best meal we had while in Charleston. Great location, we walked everywhere.

The hotel was lovely, and the art work displayed was abundant and fun. Our room was very nice with many added touches which included turn down service, bottled water and a lite breakfast basket. We loved the colors and the staff was always pleasant and helpful.
Other Comments
Our only concern was they do not have a normal check in or check out desk and both times we had to go and track someone down in order to accomplish these important tasks. Sometimes our wait was up to 20 minutes. We think they should have someone posted at the desk at all times. Otherwise is was a great experience.

This was a birthday getaway. We love this hotel but it’s been three years since our last stay. Great staff, beautiful room and amazing meal in the Revival, their onsite restaurant.

This hotel is the best. Great location,great ambience. Staff could not do enough for us. Best rooftop bar in Charleston. Terrific restaurant on site. You never have to leave if you don’t want to!

We would like to thank Nick, Matt, Ellen and Trenton at the Vendue and Kelsey at the Rooftop. We also want to thank the women who brought us the macarons in the evening. We couldn’t stay up late enough for the cookies and milk !
