The property was beautiful. The pool , tiki bar restaurant, the beach all beautiful. Pool and restaurant staff were great too. The rooms were very disappointing. Rooms were worn . Bathroom needed a makeover. Items were rusty and not very clean. Upon arrival front desk told us there was full housekeeping available. I asked for it but they only emptied trash and replenished coffee. Left beds unmade. The hallways were a bit scary looking. Hopefully they will update the rooms. The area is nice with many restaurants within walking distance.

A wonderful hotel! We stayed with 2 little kids, they loved hopping between beach and the hot tub! You have everything you could want in a beach vacation with kids!

This hotel is in a great location close to Coligney so easy to walk lots of places (or bike). The PRIMARY reason for the lower rating is NO BALCONIES!!! When I go to the beach and especially if I pay for a hotel on the ocean, I want a place to sit and watch the ocean or at least listen to it. I so much wanted to enjoy my morning coffee and read a book or ck news, etc. while sitting outside while my husband slept in or whatever. I also love sitting out on the balcony at other times of the day as well. It is one of my favorite things to do. I hated being in that dull room with the dirty window that didn't even open. I would not have booked it had I know this was the case. We stayed there previously but had a room on ground level and it had a door and little patio. I didn't recall the upper rooms w/o the balconies. So disappointed. Staff was nice. Hotel is older but clean. Grounds and single pool are nice. Music was a nice touch too. Shower was puny but o/w bathroom was just fine.

Booking and checking was easy! However the hotel website mentioned kids eat free at their restaurant with adult entree and that is not true unless you specifically book on their site and get this offer, which is not clear on the site. The hotel did have lots of great things for families and a calendar on their site. They offered hair braiding which was great for our girls and held throughout our stay! Once we parked we didn't need to use the car at all. Hotel is a short walk to Coligny Park which had so many restaurants, shopping and parks. The room we were in was dated but decent for the stay. Staff and amenities were great! We would stay again.

If you have young kids I highly recommend booking time at The Sandbox, an interactive children’s museum that is a 5 min walk away. Our 6 year olds loved it! They also loved the pirate ship playground next door.
